Return and Exchange policy

Returns

We accept returns received to us within seven (7) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition.

Here's the breakdown: Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to receive a refund. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the lowest price of the item. Items purchased with a free gift must also include the free gift if being returned. Shipping fees are non refundable.

U.S. Hassle-Free Returns

It's unfortunate your item didn’t work out but here's how you can return the item to us for a refund:
Please email admin@sapphirelaine.com with your order number, and reason for return. When the return is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to you.  Returns will be refunded to your form of payment (credit card, PayPal etc.) with a $7 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded to you per label created.

Once we received your return, a refund  will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Since our items sell out quickly, it is usually best to return your items for a refund and place an order for the items you are wanting. If you wish to exchange, please note your exchange choice on the return center. If you wish to get store credit instead of a refund, please note so on your invoice.
